Every active in REFRESH is on the label, at a clinically referenced dose, sourced for purity, and selected to do specific work in the four-layer mechanism. No proprietary blend, no fillers that don't earn their place.
One daily capsule, taken with water in the morning. Each active sits at the dose listed below.

Leaf extract
Peppermint extract acts as a gastrointestinal spasmolytic, supporting digestive comfort and helping calm the fermentation cues that can contribute to volatile gas. It adds a clean sensory cue on top of the GI work, with clinical evidence for digestive comfort.

Riboflavin
In plain terms: vitamin B2 supports the body's processing layer. It is the enhancement layer the other ingredients work alongside.

Ascorbic acid
Ascorbic acid contributes antioxidant baseline support across the formula and supports gum and oral tissue health. It pairs with zinc to provide the mineral and antioxidant foundation that lets the rest of the formula work consistently across daily use.
Every ingredient in REFRESH earned its place across years of testing. The original formula worked well, and that made the next version harder to improve. Vitamin B2 became the enhancement layer after our research pointed to a more precise way to support metabolic processes without the possibility of binding other nutrients.
REFRESH is third-party tested and certified clean of heavy metals, mold, pesticides, and toxic fillers. Testing is conducted on the actual finished formula, not on individual raw inputs. The standard is documented and available for any customer who wants the report.

The first REFRESH formula gave customers a strong internal-hygiene baseline. We did not change it because it failed. We changed it because our research pointed to a more precise enhancement layer: vitamin B2, selected to better support metabolic processes without the possibility of binding other nutrients.
