How is this different from a regular chlorophyll supplement?

Did the formula change? What happened to charcoal?

Yes. The earlier version of REFRESH used activated charcoal. Charcoal has a known timing issue: it should be taken at least two hours away from medications because it can affect absorption. We moved to vitamin B2 to keep the formula easier to use every day while supporting the metabolic side of internal hygiene. The current B2 formula is what's in the bottle now.

In practice: the current formula does not ask you to build your morning around charcoal timing rules.

What's a proprietary blend, and why don't you use one?

A proprietary blend lets a brand list ingredients without disclosing how much of each is actually in the bottle. We don't use them because we want the customer to be able to verify the dose. Every active in REFRESH is on the label at a clinically referenced amount.
