Why did REFRESH move from charcoal to B2?

The first REFRESH formula used activated charcoal. We moved away from it because charcoal can create timing friction around medications and supplements. The current formula uses vitamin B2 as the metabolic anchor instead.

B2 became the better anchor for daily use because it supports the metabolic baseline without charcoal timing rules. REFRESH still works as an internal hygiene foundation. The formula is now easier to take with the rest of a real morning routine.
