01
Classic deodorant
Classic deodorant belongs in the routine. It helps manage underarm odor at the surface and often adds a scent layer people want to wear. Antiperspirant versions can also reduce sweat through aluminum-based actives.
The limitation is reach. Deodorant does not cover breath, fabric, digestion, or the internal compounds that may eventually surface. It is a finish, not the full foundation.

02
Full-body deodorant
Full-body deodorant expands the surface map. It can be useful for areas where friction, sweat, or clothing make freshness harder to maintain.
It still follows the same logic as classic deodorant. Apply where odor appears. That can be helpful. It can also turn into a larger surface routine without addressing why the surface has so much to manage.

03
Mints, gum, mouthwash, and breath sprays
Breath products are fast, familiar, and easy to keep close. Brushing, flossing, and tongue cleaning remain the foundation. Mints and sprays can help the moment feel cleaner.
The gap is duration. A breath product works in the mouth. Some breath odor is oral. Some is shaped by digestion, hydration, or compounds moving through the body. A mouth product cannot handle every origin point.

04
Chlorophyll drops or single-ingredient capsules
Chlorophyll has a long history in internal deodorizing conversations. Sodium copper chlorophyllin is widely studied as an ingestible and is often used for odor support.
A single ingredient can be a useful start, but it is still a narrow routine. REFRESH uses chlorophyllin as the anchor and pairs it with supporting actives in a disclosed formula, so the internal step is more complete than a dropper habit alone.

05
A complete internal deodorant
A complete internal deodorant is built for the layer before the surface routine. It does not ask deodorant, mouthwash, or fragrance to disappear. It makes their job more reasonable.
REFRESH is taken once daily. It uses chlorophyllin, peppermint, parsley, vitamin C, vitamin B2, and zinc in disclosed roles. The routine is simple because the category should be simple: one internal step, then the surface products you already trust.
